Increase Your Focus And Improve Your Memory
There are many reasons why people have a poor memory or find it difficult to concentrate.
Anxiety, stress, food intolerances, headaches, and plain old lack of sleep cause short-term forgetfulness while life-changing events such as strokes, dementia, toxicity, and head injuries lead to chronic memory loss.
Temporary forgetfulness resolves once the cause has been removed but long-term memory loss is of greater concern and harder to treat. It is particularly common among the elderly.
This article looks at two ways to improve a shaky memory and reduce forgetfulness. Both work by balancing the body’s health at an energetic level so the brain is free to function at its best.
The first approach is a simple exercise. It stimulates acupressure points on the ears and can easily be done in the home. The second uses homeopathy and requires the help of a qualified practitioner.
Powerful Memory Sharpener: One Simple Exercise
Using acupressure points in the ear lobes, this quick and easy exercise improves poor memory, lack of concentration, clumsiness and emotional instability.
It is credited with offering real help to those with learning difficulties, autism and Alzheimer’s disease. In fact, anyone whose memory is not as sharp as it should be can benefit from this exercise

Improve Your Overall Health, and Memory, with Homeopathy
Homeopathy can also improve a weak memory and poor concentration. The important thing to remember is that treatment will involve more than what a home-use kit can provide.
Changes in remedies, and potencies of remedies, are likely to be needed as symptoms change throughout treatment. This requires the careful management of a competent homeopath.
The big advantage with homeopathic treatment is that many other problems should improve with the memory loss during treatment. This is because the presciption will be made on the combined symptoms of all of the person’s health problems in order to achieve improvement in the memory.
Some of the remedies used to treat a sluggish or confused brain are listed below but there are also many others a homeopath may turn to. Each of these remedies treats numerous other symptoms that aren’t contained within the list of memory symptoms. As mentioned, the homeopath will choose the one that best matches the combined symptoms of the person, not just those of the faulty memory.
At the bottom of the list, links to two stories will be found. The first is of an elderly woman who regained her memory with homeopathic treatment after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. The second tells of a man whose memory improved as side benefit when he sought homeopathic treatment for a range of other troubling problems.
